Shipping Policy

*Please read carefully, we don't wish to deceive!*

We have free shipping on all our orders. At present the timings are as follows:

UK - 2-3 business days
Europe - 3-5 business days
United Stated - 5-7 business days
International: - 5-10 business days

Our Amazon & Prime orders are processed through Amazon and therefore are not accountable by us. 

In the unfortunate case of which you wish to return a product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


If for any specific reason that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us via info@mountain-life.co.uk.


This refund policy does not apply to physical goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. 


All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.


We recommend that you return the physical product via registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. High Vitality Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


There is usually a delayed payment time that your bank may place on a refund. If you are concerned you have not received your refund please contact us and we will provide you with some details and information.
